- • How long will it take for the channels to load?
The average load time for each channel is approximately 10 - 20 seconds.
- • What is causing the streams to be on buffering status?
This problem might be caused by limited connections at your current location. For optimum performance, we recommend that
your phone has at least 2 bars on the GPRS indicator.
- • How do I increase the Internet connection speed on my device?
1) Open Windows Media; 2) Click Menu and select Option; 3) Select Network; 4) Set Internet Connection Speed to Cellular
(384Kbps) or Wi-Fi/LAN (1.0 Mbps or faster).
- • Why is the channel I selected not coming up?
There are two (2) possible reasons. The server hosting the selected channel might be down for hardware or network
problem. The other possibility is that a few channels in certain countries only broadcast during specific hours of the day.
- • How do I maximize the viewing screen?
1) Click Menu and select Option; 2) Select Video; 3) Check Scale to fit window box; 4) Choose Always for Play video in
full screen option.
